We were able to identify that in Latin America there was no technological infrastructure to attract big Venture Capital Funds and that also lacks the financial infrastructure to manage Leverage Buyouts, we know that the only way to generate value and growth is through making operations more efficient and more effective, leading people to a culture hard work and sustaining truthful engagement to deliver high-quality products and services. Since 2014 we pivoted from an Innovation Management Consulting Firm to an Innovation Business Process Outsource and finally to a Private Equity Firm in 2018. In that process, we developed and strengthen our proprietary frameworks to achieve massive growth through developing people and enhancing operations.
